Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee office workflows, delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth operation
- Assist in creating office procedure documents and communicating changes internally.
- Responsible for improving administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Set up and maintain information filing systems and prepare reports for the management team to review
- Manage office budget, billing and invoices, ensure all expenses are recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and analyze past projects to summarize drawbacks and establish new operational procedures
- Greet customers and direct them to contacts or service areas
Qualifications:
- Secondary School or above is required.
- Minimum 1 year of office administrative or senior clerical experience, or acting in a similar role.
- Competent understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) including 50 wpm keyboarding skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
