Job Duties:

  1. Manage and oversee office workflows, delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth operation
  2. Assist in creating office procedure documents and communicating changes internally.
  3. Responsible for improving administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  4. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  5. Set up and maintain information filing systems and prepare reports for the management team to review
  6. Manage office budget, billing and invoices, ensure all expenses are recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  7. Evaluate and analyze past projects to summarize drawbacks and establish new operational procedures
  8. Greet customers and direct them to contacts or service areas

Qualifications:

  1. Secondary School or above is required.
  2. Minimum 1 year of office administrative or senior clerical experience, or acting in a similar role.
  3. Competent understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) including 50 wpm keyboarding skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
