TAHA Med-Spa and Salon Inc. is a reputable center providing a range of medical esthetic and holistic treatments including Laser Peels, Photo Facials, Ultrasonic Microdermabrasion, Laser Hair Removal, Hairstyling and cutting services, and more.  Our facility incorporates state-of-the-art technology and techniques to ensure that clients are given the best possible treatments and experience.

Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of Toronto Ontario.  Our Administrative Assistant will provide all the administrative tasks needed to support our management staff. 

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff.



  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, brochures, publications, and related material
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally
  • Order office and spa supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate rooms
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
  • Greet and direct visitors to appropriate person(s)



The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR a minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant is required;
  • Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
  • Technical administrative experience is an asset;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required);
