Wages:                       $24.75 to $26 per hour, 30-44 hours a week

Providentia Consulting Limited is an established real estate investment and management company overseeing multiple buildings in Northern Ontario.

Providentia Consulting Limited offers a full range of services to its residential tenants from move-in/move-out assistance to regular maintenance and interior renovations.

Providentia Consulting Limited owns and manages several multi-residential buildings in Timmins Ontario and is seeking Two self-motivated and hard-working Administrative Assistants to join our team based out of Whitby Ontario.  Our Administrative Assistants will provide all the administrative tasks needed to support our tenants and building management efforts.  

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and product delivery.

The successful Administrative Assistant will participate is a variety of Administrative Tasks to support management and production teams.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of building personnel and Tenants;

·      Schedule and coordinate material deliveries;

·      Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

·      Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related materials as required;

·      Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems;

·      Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages as required;

·      Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required;

·      Organize conferences and prepare meeting minutes;

·      Document and log staff/safety meeting minutes;

·      Arrange travel schedules and make reservations as needed;

·      Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations;

·      Greet and direct visitors to appropriate person(s);

·      Post regular updates on website;

·      Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·      A University or College degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field OR a minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant is required;

·      Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;

·      Technical administrative experience is an asset;

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

·      Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required).
