Position Overview
Allworth & Associates Chartered Professional Accountants located in Oakville is seeking a qualified candidate that pays immense attention to detail and has strong organizational skills to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will assist the day to day operations of the office and ensure high quality to service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be capable in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

Main responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary for inventory
• Create, update, track, and edit records, forms and other documents.
• Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service needed
