Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years or more
Ability to Supervise: Working groups, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, own transportation, Willing to travel
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Large workload
Work Location Information: Willing to relocate

Additional Skills: Train, direct and motivate staff

Specific Skills
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
• Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
• Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Advise senior management
• Respond to employee questions and complaints, Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
Work Setting: Associations and nonprofit organizations, Health care institution, facility or clinic
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 (To be negotiated)
Hours: 80 hours/week (Permanent, Full time)
