Position: Food Services Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $25-$28/hour (depending on Experience)

Hours: 30 – 40hours per week

Benefits:

·         10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Plan, manage, and evaluate the operations.

·         Analyze revenue, and control inventory, price, and procedures.

·         Prepare work schedule, and procedures.

·         Monitor staff performance.

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training.

·         Solve customer complaints.

·         Negotiate arrangements with clients and suppliers.

·         Ensure the health regulation within the restaurant.

Job requirements:

·         2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience are required.

Educational Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.  

Language Requirements:

·         English
