Noodle California is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: Suite 410, 1185 Prosperity Way, Williams Lake, BC V2G 0A6

Job Duties:

• Establish staff work schedules of employees to promote efficiency of operations
• Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards
• Take a food order and prepare the summaries for cook and chef
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Maintain records of food amount and costs, sales, wastage and repairs
• Involve in recruitment process of a food service staff when required
• Train staff in job duties, company policies, sanitation and safety procedures
• Resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and work-related issue

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
