Position Info:
- Position: Chef
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $18.50~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Avenue, Terrace, BC V8G 1P9

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook entire meals or specialty foods, and create decorative food displays
- Ensure food meets quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and costs of food and labour
- Supervise activities of cooks and kitchen workers
- Recruit and hire kitchen staff
- Train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
- Maintain records of inventory, and purchase kitchen supplies and ingredients
- May plan menu and create new recipes
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
- Language: English
