St. Michaels Inn is looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to work with our team.
Title: Night Shift Supervisor
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 23.00 ~ CAD 25.00 per hour, 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 4910 43 Street PO BOX 626, Rycroft, AB T0H 3A0
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Post-secondary education in related field or Certificate in related field an asset.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of previous hotel clerk supervisor or related experience
Main Duties:
- Manage the night shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
- Train and supervise other staff
- Coordinate work schedule and activities of other staff
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems
- Manage inquiries regarding customer service and registration
- Register arriving guests and assigning rooms using computerized system
- Manage guest accounts, receipts and payment processing
- Balance the accounts from day shift
- Ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed
