Newcastle Restaurant is seeking F/T Cooks.
Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $13.50~$16.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 1010 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB R2W 3P7
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual food items.
- Estimate and plan food portions and food requirements.
- Manage records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment as required.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- May assist in recruitment and hiring of the new kitchen staff.
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, handling and cooking of food.
- Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas and comply with all health and safety policies.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
