Description

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.25 – $23 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits:

4% vacation pay
Job Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff
Assign sales staff to duties and organize staff work schedule
Resolve customer complaints and supply issues
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as required
Sell and manage returns of goods
Authorize payments by check and the return of merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Train or arrange for the training of new staff
Employment Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School
Experience Requirement:

1~2 years of previous retail sales experience is required.

English
