Hi Valley Motor Inn is looking for a Motel Managing Supervisor (Front Desk Clerk Supervisor)

Work Location : 4001 Highway Street, Valleyview, Alberta T0H 3N0

Wage: $23.00/hour

Work Hours: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week

Work Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% vacation pay

 

Your job duties will be:

·         Oversee daily work activities of the motel staff(front desk).

·         Create schedule for front desk employees according to budget and business needs

·         Ensures the satisfaction of guests by maintaining a welcoming, professional and expert atmosphere that exemplifies the hospitality industry.

·         Involve in collecting the payments from the guest and ensure that all charges have been applied accurately

·         Resolve work-related problems between employees.

·         Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

·         Monitor and order the motel supplies.

·         Report all hotel guest issues or incidents

·         Answer customer questions about the motel.

·         Resolve customer complaints.

·         Performs other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

·         A secondary school diploma is required.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience within the accommodation/hospitality industry OR Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality.
