Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days sick leaves per year, 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards

• Cut or prepare meats to specification or customer’s orders

• Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature

• Prepare and place meat and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye

• Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine
