We are currently looking to hire a couple of meat cutters to join our team. Position Vacancies:2

 

Job Duties:

•   Cut carcasses, sides and quarters

•   Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat

•   Grind meats and remove bones from meat

•   Perform special order requests

•   Wrap and package prepared meats

•   Maintain and clean equipment and work space

 

Employment Requirements

•   High School Diploma

•   Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

 

Compensation: $20.5/hour, 35-40 hours per week
