Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement
• Managing promotional campaigns, including discounts, events, and seasonal sales
• Conducting market research to analyze customer preferences and competitor activities
• Overseeing social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors for effective in-store promotions
• Monitoring and optimizing store layout and visual merchandising for better customer experience
• Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements:

– Completion of college in business administration or in a related filed in marketing is at least required, but university degree would be preferred.

– Over 3 years of previous experience in a marketing industry is required.

Working Conditions:

• Wage: $51.00-$55.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
• Working hours:  30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
