Position: Restaurant manager
Location: Edo Japan, 11511 104 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T5K 2S2
Type: Permanent employment, Full time, 32 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: $23.15/hour or current median wage in the region
Shift: Flexible including Day, Evening, Weekend

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 – $1,500,000
Personal suitability: Client focus, Flexibility
Supervision: 5-10 people
Tasks:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
