The Park London Hotel is currently seeking 1 Maintenance worker, building 242 Pall Mall St London, ON N6A 5P6 Salary 23.69 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 year to less than 3 years Work setting Hotel, motel, resort Responsibilities Tasks Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Perform minor repairs on appliances Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobds such as painting and drywall repair Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Benefits Health benefits Health care plan Paramedical services coverage Financial benefits Group insurance benefits
