Lougheed Wasabi Sushi & Grill is looking for a full-time Food Services Manager
Position: Food Services Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $24.48 – $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize and control the overall operations of the restaurant
• Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
• Hire staff and supervise staff training
• Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
• Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and monitor health and safety conducts are ensued accordingly
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for cost of supplies
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory or managerial experiences are required.
