Position: F/T Retail Sales Supervisor

Wage & Benefit: $22.00/hr, with 4 % vacation pay

Working hours: 32 hr/week

Number of position: 1

Job duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints

• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and reporton performance

• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as storedisplays, signage and cleanliness

• Perform the same duties as workers supervised

Requirements:

• Secondary diploma is required

• Min. 2 to 3 year of relevant work experience is required

• Great teamwork is required

• Must be Canadian Citizen or PR or Legally authorized to work in Canada
