Description
A full-time live-in caregiver is required as soon as possible to care for our special needs adult son. Job responsibilities include helping our son with all aspects of functional life skills required for daily living, including dressing, bathing, toileting, other personal hygiene care, mobility support, food preparation and feeding. Other responsibilities will include providing continuous education support, ensure that his in-house therapy exercises are completed and perform light housekeeping duties. There will be occasional care required for a 17-year old sibling too (not special needs).
The salary will be $17.00 per hour and 40 hours per week. The working days will be Monday to Friday with weekends off.
