Availability: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekends

 

Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate or equivalent

 

Experience: 2 years to 3 years

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Inspect kitchen and food services areas
  • Report to managers when something is broken or needs repair
  • Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines
  • Ensures cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the various kitchen areas including refrigerators and storerooms
  • Ensures food is stored in appropriate containers, labeled, and rotated to ensure high standards of freshness, minimizing waste and maximizing quality

 

Language: English

 

Wage: $16

 

 

 

 

Additional Required Qualifications:
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

• Knowledge of cooking procedures
• Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Flexible with job duties- schedules
• Able to work in a high pace and hot environment
• Able to multitask
• Excellent customer service
 

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
