Location: 203-205 Restigouche Rd., Oromocto, New Brunswick

Salary: $16.00 hourly; subject to review for increase following 30 days of continuous service, and then every 6 months thereafter up to $20.00 per hour / 35-40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

Vacancies: 3 

Languages: English

Experience: 2-3 years cooking experience; Greek/Italian cuisine is an asset

Responsibilities: 

• Must have basic knowledge on setting up steam line and cold line.
• Must have knowledge of basic cooking principles and basic methods on preparing stocks, soups, and sauces.
• Must have the ability to prepare food plates as ordered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all outgoing orders meet the required standards in appearance and quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and all equipment in accordance with health regulations.
