Squamish Samurai Sushi is looking for 3 full-time Line cooks who can work at our 2 locations!
Employer: Squamish Samurai Sushi (operated by Squamish Sushi Inc.)
Position: Line Cook
Position Available: 3
Working Conditions:
- Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $17.00 ~ $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Working hours: 35 ~ 40 hours per week
Working Locations (multiple locations):
- 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2
- #120-1200 Hunter Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G8
Job Duties:
- Cook and prepare our menus for Sashimi, nigiri sushi, rolls and sashimi salads etc.
- Ensure quality of food and consistency
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and appliances
- Monitor and record the inventory of ingredients
- Train and supervise new hired cook(s) or kitchen helper(s)
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: At least 1 year of cook experience
- Must be available to work at least one day on weekend
