We are looking for 2 Full-Time Permanent Line Cook Positions.
Umai Sushi is a Japanese restaurant providing traditional Japanese cuisines.

Job Title: Line cook
Wage: $17.00 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full-Time & permanent position)
Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation OR 4% of vacation pay
Job vacancies: 2 x Full-Time jobs
Requirement:
– Completion of Secondary School
– Minimum 1-2 years of cook experiences
– English
Duties :
– Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces for menu items
– Cook menu item such as tempura, teriyaki, donburi, udon in cooperation with other kitchen staffs.
– Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products.
– Sanitize refrigerators and store rooms.
– Clean own work area.
