We are looking for well experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for “Mirna Borgen Inc.” located at 680 Rexdale Boulevard Suite 13 Etobicoke, ON M9W 0B5 Canada.
No. of positions – 01
- Complete application forms, prepare and organize documents and submissions independently at the instruction of a principal consultant.
- Management of multiple files from start to end and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicating with clients to obtain documents required for application and providing feedback.
- With instructions of the principal consultant, deal directly with client in writing and by phone clearly, concisely and in a timely manner.
- Handling calls, taking messages, managing and maintaining the principal consultant’s calendar efficiently and effectively to schedule consultation.
- Monitoring all incoming emails and mails.
- Train and supervise new staffs in their role.
- Responding to routine email correspondence on own initiative and preparing a first draft response for review on more complex correspondence
- Creating and maintaining client case lists and filing system in officio.
- Handling the office supplies system, reorder when necessary.
- Other administrative duties, as needed.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of government portals and online submissions.
- Understanding of both permanent and temporary immigration categories and LMIA.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with relevant software specially “Officio”
- Thorough knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Hourly Rate: $22.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
