LAB ASSISTANT

Description

Support daily operations by preparing equipment, tools, and materials for pharmaceutical compounding

• Sanitize workstations, equipment, and storage areas in accordance with SOPs to maintain a clean and organized lab environment

• Assist compounding staff with weighing, measuring, and organizing raw materials and packaging components

• Help manage inventory of supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage per safety and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate records of batch prep steps, cleaning logs, and material handling activities

• Follow SOPs and safety procedures to maintain compliance and product integrity

• Assist with documentation, including labels, worksheets, and batch records under supervision

• Provide logistical support during formulation and packaging processes

• Participate in routine environmental checks and ensure controlled room compliance

• Report inefficiencies or maintenance issues to supervisors to support continuous improvement
