Kosoo Restaurant is looking for F/T Cooks

Description

Position Info:

 Position: Cook

 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

 Wage: $16.75~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)

 Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

 Number of Positions: 4

 Work Location: 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver BC V6G 2G5

Benefits:

 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

 Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes for customers.

 Check food and ingredients for freshness.

 Oversee kitchen operation and inspect kitchens and food service areas.

 Ensure kitchen staff is properly trained on each menu item.

 Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies and equipment.

 Maintain good sanitation around work area.

Job requirements:

 Language: English

 Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking are required.

 Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
