Description
Sura Korean Cuisine is located at 1518 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C2. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Korean Food Cooks. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Cook
Wage: CAD$29.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various Korean food items including Korean-BBQs, pancakes & rice cakes, stews & hot pots, rice & noodles and other Korean dishes on the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Train other kitchen staff with respect to food preparation.
Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
