Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.50~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: #102 – 2945 Jacklin Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5E3

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Establish and coordinate work schedules and activities

·         Maintain records of food amounts and costs, sales, wastage, and repairs

·         Develop menus and determine associated expenses for both food and labor

·         Train staff in job duties, company policy, safety, and sanitation procedures

·         Involve in the recruitment process of food service staff when required

·         Supervise the work performance of food service staff

·         Ensure that both food and service adhere to quality control standards

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
