Job Duties:

1. Receive, unpack and store supplies and ingredients in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
2. Prepare, wash, peel, cut, and shred all ingredients, such as meat, fruit and vegetables
3. Wash, dry and put away all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards
4. Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
5. Portion and wrap foods, pack take-out and delivery orders as needed
6. Remove kitchen garbage and replace garbage bags, wash garbage cans
7. Clean and sanitize the kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness
8. Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the management

Qualifications:

1.         Physically demanding and ability to stand for extended periods

2.         Previous experience in similar roles and industries is highly desired

3.         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

4.         Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
