Job Duties:

1. Prepare, wash, peel, cut, and slice all ingredients including meat, fruit and vegetables
2. Unload and unpack supplies and ingredients from the fridge, freezer and storage room
3. Properly wash, dry and put away all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards
4. Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
5. Portion and wrap foods, pack take-out and delivery orders as needed
6. Sanitize kitchen, remove garbage and replace garbage bags, wash garbage cans
7. Sweep and mop the kitchen areas to ensure cleanness
8. Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the management

Qualifications:

1. Physically demanding and ability to stand for extended periods
2. Former experience in similar roles and industries is highly desired
3. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
4. Work under pressure and team player
