Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 3080 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5T 3G5

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of serving staff
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Plan café menus and determine related costs
• Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets
• Train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
