Position Info:

• Position: Managing Director
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $43.60~$45.00/hour (depending on Experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: #209 – 237 Keefer Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1X6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay
• After 3 months probation; extended healthcare, dental, life insurance, other healthcare

Job Duties:

• Interview, hire and oversee training for staff
• Manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within an organization
• Develop, monitor and maintain administrative procedures
• Manage financial operations including client projects, equipment, supplies and budget tracking
• Prepare reports and briefs to evaluate services
• Assist sectors with strategic and operational considerations associated with a wide range of projects or proposals

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience in business administration, finance or administrative services are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
