Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $15.00~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-48 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 132-1535 Dresden Row, Halifax, NS B3J 3T1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Oversee the activities of employees and train them to perform their jobs.
• Keep records of the amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees.
• Establish work schedules and monitor employee performance.
• Assign and coordinate the work of employees to promote the efficiency of operations.
• Check serving areas and foods to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Assist in the hiring of food service staff when required.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experiences in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
