Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~24.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 220-4501 North Rd., Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

Benefits:

• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Monitor the activities of employees and train them to perform their duties
• Record the amount and cost of food served and the hours worked by employees
• Establish work schedules and monitor employee performance
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Assign and coordinate the work of employees to promote the efficiency of operations
• Ensure serving areas and foods meet quality standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Assist in the hiring of food service staff when required

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
