Salary: $24.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Accounts Payable duties including recording invoices and issuing checks.
– Full cycle bookkeeping including month end tasks and bank reconciliation
– Payroll processing
– Post journal entries, prepare trial of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
– Filing of GST/HST returns, source deductions remittances and WSIB returns
– Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
– Keeping financial records and establish
– Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
– Prepare other financial and accounting reports

Requirements:
– Secondary School Education
– Quick books- preferred
– MS Office- preferred
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
