Inno Foods is seeking a F/T Bookkeeper.

Position Info:

• Position: Bookkeeper
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.11~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 5910 274 Street, Langley, BC V4W 0B8

Job Duties:

• Manage financial records by setting up, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and maintain general ledgers, leading to the preparation of financial statements.
• Calculate and issue cheques for payroll, utilities, taxes, and other expenses.
• Complete and file tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government-required documents.
• Prepare tax returns and offer additional personal bookkeeping services.
• Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
