Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Wage: $26.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year OR 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Working closely with the manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
- Assist with all administrative aspects and duties with the manager.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and finding solutions.
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
- Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
- Involve in hiring new staff.
- Create and adjust all staff schedules.
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
Job Requirements:
– At least two years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related managerial/supervisor role
– Completion of high school
– English
