Description

• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, online or in person and provide relevant information.
• Receive documents at front desk and forward to relevant departments.
• Address all customer enquiries and forward those enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Receive payments through credit cards and in person and record them, update the payment register record.
• Explain the types and cost of services offered by the company, schedule appointments and explain price and service packages to customers.
• Build positive client relationships by checking in regularly and following up on their inquiries and addressing complaints.
• Ensure efficient customer service is provided and customers are satisfied with information provided.
