Bouvry Exports Calgary Ltd. requires Industrial Meat Cutters for their plant located in Fort Macleod, AB to perform the following:

 Location: 254072 Twp Rd 92 Fort Macleod, Alberta T0L 0Z0

 Salary: $20.20 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

 Vacancies: 30 Vacancies

 Terms of employment: Permanent, full time 40.00 to 44.00 hours / week

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Experience an asset

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods

Work Site Environment: Noisy, Odours, Hot, Cold/refrigerated

Personal Suitability: Team player

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Knives, Stunning devices, Power cutting tools, Saws

Specific Skills: Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses, Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging, Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use, Remove bones from meat

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Setting: Slaughter houses, Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
