Job Description:
Bees Sentinel Services Ltd. DBA BSL Security Services is a 15-year-old security company which has grown into one of the largest security companies in BC. They are looking for one human resources officer to join them as soon as possible.
 
Job Duties: The Candidate must perform the following duties: –
 
1. Recognize existing and future staffing needs of the business
2. Plan and publish advertisements and announcements while scrutinizing the applications received
3. Inform candidates about work requirements its terms and conditions adhering to business Standards
4. Maintain and examine applicant database and contact suitable candidates to schedule interviews. 
5. Organize and be a part of selection and assessment panel to assess candidates
6. Notify the results of interview to the prospective applicants as well as negotiate and prepare the job offers of the selected candidates
7. Update the new and existing staff on Business’s employment policies and practices
8. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
9. Establish methods to determine benefits, organize training and development programs, grievance methods and recognition systems 
10. Perform other job duties as and when required.
 
Job requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required 
1-2 years of related experience is required
