We are looking for a Human resources administrator for our clients. You will be reporting to the head office address 5150 Spectrum Way, Mississauga, ON L4W 5G2, Canada. However, you will be required to work at various locations across the region.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage the day-to-day service centre tickets and lead all HR Specialists on the distribution of HR Service Centre tickets, ensuring the quality, consistency, and standardization of HR Cases are fulfilled within the service level agreement timeframes for Canada.
- Provide support to managers on all HRIS inquiries for all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including but not limited to job requisitions, job descriptions, job postings, criminal background checks, and onboarding, as well as post-hire transactions such as leaves/layoffs, position organization chart changes, employee record updates, and terminations.
- Support building the HR Service Centre brand and customer service reputation.
- Lead the Termination Process, which includes calculating hourly and salaried risk assessments for individuals and mass terminations for all provinces in Canada. Prepare termination letters and execute actions required to process the termination, including updating the HR system, providing costing to Payroll, setting up career transition services, etc.
- Investigate and resolve errors or logic issues within HR systems and platforms (SAP, Kronos, myPay, Service Now, HR Portal, Background Check Dashboard).
- Support all time and attendance inquiries and coding for salaried employees, including time away from work, vacation, and sick banks.
- Provide training and support to new and existing HR Specialists on the team.
- Provide general support to the HR Operations Director in HRIS and HR Service Centre activities, process improvement, special projects, data integrity clean-up, system logic, and alignment to HR Policies and Processes.
Prerequisites:
Education:College Diploma in human resources or related field
Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years’ of HR Service Centre experience, supporting a fast paced human resources department, in a large organization, preferably within food services, retail, hospitality, or quick serve environments
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 25 to $ 35 per Hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
