Huh’s Enterprise Inc dba Mayfair Inn is looking for F/T Chef.
Position: Chef
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $18.38 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Prepares main menu items and specialty foods
Purchase kitchen supplies and food ingredients
Prepare and cook food for special guests or functions
Cook meals or specialty foods
Involve in hiring, training kitchen staff
Ensure food quality meets standards
Create menus and new recipes
Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Educational Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience Requirements:
2 ~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
