Hillview Motel is located at 1533 Highway 16 East, Vanderhoof, BC V0J 3A0. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Housekeeping Room Attendants. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Housekeeping Room Attendant
Wages: CAD$17.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (Part time also available)
Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors;
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture;
• Change bed linen, make beds;
• Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and bath care products;
• Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies;
• Stock linen closets and other supplies’ areas;
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances;
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers;
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings;
• Report and store lost and found items.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Not required
• Experience: Not required (Housekeeping-related experience an asset);
• On-the-job training provided.
