Description
We are looking for a “Hotel Managing Supervisor” for Bancroft inn and suites located at 528 Hastings St N Bancroft, ON K0L 1C0 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Prerequisites:
Education: High school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hospitality.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 23.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay, onsite Accommodation
