Hot Food Cook
Kimbros153 & Investment Ltd. dba Sushi Umi in North Vancouver, BC is looking for
skilled and experienced Full-time Hot Food Cooks.
Conditions
- Wage: $23.00/hour
- Working Hours: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week), Permanent Position, 5 days/week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % gross salary

Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 3-4 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook
- Language: English
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu such as tempura, udon, grilled plate, yakiudon, teriyaki, donburi, cutlet, and etc.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers and oversee kitchen operation
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- Prepare salad dressings, sauces and soup base
- Monitor and order supplies
- May clean kitchen and work area
