Hongdae Korean Restaurant is seeking F/T Cooks
Position:
Cook
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$15.20 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• 4acation pay
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook food as directed
• May recruit staff and set work schedule
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• Monitor stock of supplies, ingredients, and place orders when there are shortages
• Plan new menu items, regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies
• Oversee kitchen operations
Educational Requirements:
• Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
• 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

• English
