Job Duties:

  • Prepare dishes and foods by using standardized recipes
  • Plan menus and determine size of food portions
  • Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Examine kitchens and foods services areas and make sure the food is prepared in hygienic conditions
  • Supervise kitchen helpers
  • Oversee kitchen operations

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
