Home health care worker (Permanent employment, Full time30 to 40 hours / week)

Location: Woodbridge, ON

Salary: $18.00 to $18.50 / hour (To be negotiated)

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Tasks: Administer bedside and personal care, Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, Launder clothing and household linens, Mend clothing and linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Plan therapeutic diets and menus, Provide companionship, Provide personal care, Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Client focus, Dependability, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player

Security and Safety: Criminal record check
