Home health care worker (Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week)

BANCHERI FAMILY

Location: Woodbridge, ON

Salary: $18.00 to $18.50 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Start date: As soon as possible

Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Public transportation is available. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Specific Skills: Launder clothing and household linens. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Administer bedside and personal care. Provide personal care. Provide companionship. Plan therapeutic diets and menus. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Mend clothing and linens. Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Effective interpersonal skills, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Reliability, Client focus

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
